Visiting this website The website and its hosting and security providers process technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information, to deliver pages and media and protect the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). This portfolio does not include visitor analytics, advertising pixels or profiling. Fonts and uploaded videos are served by the website’s own hosting.

Language suggestion and storage The hosting network may estimate your country from your connection to suggest a language. When unavailable, the site uses your browser language. The portfolio code does not request GPS coordinates or save a location history. A country estimate can be inaccurate, for example with a VPN.

When you choose a language, the site stores only its code (en, sl, hr, de or it) in your browser’s localStorage under “kiki-studio-language”. This is not a cookie and is not sent with each page request. It is used only to remember the language you requested, not for tracking. It remains until you clear site data or replace your choice. You can change the language in the menu or remove the saved choice using the button below.

Cloudflare sets the security cookie “__cf_bm” on www.studiokiki.net to help detect automated traffic and protect the site. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is a security function, not advertising analytics.

The portfolio code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and owner sign-in services may use necessary technical storage for delivery, security or authentication; visitors do not need to sign in to browse the portfolio. If optional analytics, advertising or tracking embeds are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they load.

Contact and external websites Contact links take you to Linktree or other external services. Social and project links may open Instagram or YouTube. Their privacy rules apply when you visit them; this site does not embed their players. If you contact the studio, the details you send are used to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); other correspondence is handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary.

Providers and retention The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical data to operate and secure the service, including in countries outside the EEA. Their applicable service terms and privacy notices govern their infrastructure processing and international-transfer arrangements. The portfolio application does not maintain a visitor database or a separate location log. Infrastructure log retention is controlled by the hosting providers. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry or project and any applicable legal obligations; the period depends on the nature of the correspondence.

Your rights Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec). Use the studio contact link below for requests.
